Letter of "No Objection": Applicants are encouraged to obtain letters of "no objection" from any neighboring property owners adjacent to the proposed adjustment to encourage dialog with potentially affected property owners to resolve concerns prior to application for adjustment.

Site Plan drawn to a noted scale (includes items 1 through 6 outlined in the Procedures Manual).
