Online Credit Card Security:

The City of Maitland uses an Address Verification Service (AVS) to protect utility customers against fraudulent credit card charges. In addition to existing security standards, AVS compares the billing address provided with each payment to cardholder information recorded by the credit card supplier. A transaction will not be processed without an exact match of the cardholder address as well as the CCV number on the back of the card. For questions, contact City of Maitland Customer Services at (407) 539-6265. Thank you.
