A team of more than 35 volunteers collected 36 pounds of litter and debris on July 10 from Lake Lily and surrounding areas. Their efforts help to protect Maitland's beautiful natural water bodies from stormwater pollution. The next cleanup event will be this fall on Lake Sybelia.
